Dr. Reutenauer is a transplant to Connecticut; she originally hails from British Columbia in Canada and Seattle, WA. She attended the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, where she received her Bachelor of Biology. She then continued on at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where she earned her DDS. While in dental school, she was honored with the American College of Dentists Ferrier Memorial Award for excellence in restorative dentistry.
Dr. Reutenauer strongly believes it is important to help those in need. She has volunteered with the 1000 Smiles project, through which she provided free dental care in Jamaica and in the Seattle/King County Free Dental Clinic.
Because she understands that going to the dentist can be an intimidating experience for many, Dr. Reutenauer strives to make every patient feel as comfortable as possible. She focuses on education and prevention with the goal of promoting great oral health.
In her spare time, Dr. Reutenauer and her husband enjoy backpacking, traveling, exploring national parks, and spending time with their dog, Herbert.
